Step #1
Onboarding

I start by getting to know you, your body, and how you want to look and feel.  I cover your health history, any injuries which may impede or impair your training progress that need to be corrected, areas you want to improve, your eating habits, your lifestyle, your sleep quality, and any issues that may be preventing you from exercising.

Nutrition Nutrition Design

Considering our food conversations, I can then provide a comprehensive nutrition coaching program, with custom meal plans with recommendations of  unhealthy foods to eliminate and nutritious foods to consume, calculated to the exact macro-nutrient intake for your goals at each progressive stage in your training designed to win each meal, each day instead of a generic monthly plan.

Evaluations & Assessments

At this crucial stage, I perform a battery of advanced comprehensive fitness evaluations and assessments including a body composition scan and functional movement screen (FMS) to examine, test, analyze, and diagnose any issues that need to be corrected.  This is important as everyone knows what they want to improve, but assessments uncover exactly what they need to correct.

After you've chose your training schedule and start date, we now have all the tools to maximize each workout and get you to your dream body quickly.  Your personal training will start at your baseline with and advance as you get more fitter, stronger and in better shape.   I'll be with you every step of the way giving you inspiration, motivation, encouragement while keeping you accountable during our workouts and on the off days.

Are Your Coaches Certified? Yes! I am a certified personal trainer in Bangkok as are all of my team. I and my team of trainers hold ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, and we also sub-contract some of our personal training client work to a specialized coach in Bangkok with a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) certification. My yoga instructors are Yoga Alliance 500 Hours Certified. My Pilates instructors are Certified Pilates Instructors. However, we aren't only PT certified! How many personal training sessions do I need per week? I recommend at least three training sessions per week. The more you do, the quicker you will reach your end goal, however, it depends on your budget and what you can afford. But generally speaking, I like to work with my peersonal training clients 3-4 times per week for best results.

How does personal training work? My fitness training is thorough and complete from A to Z and includes a methodical process to ensure your success and goal achievement. I start with an initial phone or in-person consultation to discuss your fitness & nutrition requirements, needs, and most importantly goals. I then perform thorough exercise testing with fitness assessments. I analyze and gather the necessary data to design your most goal-appropriate and safest program supported with a sensible nutrition program. You will then begin your actual personal training.
