A free trial session also allows us to perform comprehensive fitness assessments & evaluations so that we can diagnose any issues you may have and then prescribe the most goal-appropriate fitness training program so you can train effectively and efficiently toward your goals.

Price Policy, Rules & Regulations
+ 24-hour cancellation policy is strictly in effect. Any session canceled by our paying client that is canceled within 24 hours of the agreed start time is charged in full at the purchased price.
There are no exceptions to this policy rule.
+ All packages must be prepaid. Your sessions do not and will not start until your package is paid in full either in advance or before the start of the first session.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
+ We do not refund packages. All session packages purchased are final. Doesn't matter if you only finished one session of a thirty-session package. Our services are for your benefit which requires a serious commitment on your part. Cutting out early will cause you to lose your money and sessions.
There are no exceptions to this policy rule.
+ We do not call you if you are late for a session. We have no interest in calling our late clients to see where they are and why they are late for their session appointments. Also, we do not call, SMS, or text our clients to remind them of their sessions.

+ All session packages expire on the date based on the package expiry. Any sessions remaining after the package duration expiry date are deemed no longer valid.

+ We do not barter on price. You are clearly out of shape, in poor health, or cannot exercise on your own. Otherwise, you would not hire us. If you feel it is ok to spend foolishly on food and drink to get yourself fat and out of shape, then you'll need to understand that you should be able to spend equally or more to get yourself in shape. Do not barter on our price with us.
There are no exceptions to this policy rule.
+ Extensive travel is not permitted while under your package contract with us. You must inform us if you plan to travel. We are not interested in taking on new clients who do one or two sessions and then travel for weeks on end.
