Venom vibration and heat technology
The HyperIce Venom is a heat and vibration device that can be applied to the low back, shoulders, elbow, or knee of the client. This is a wireless device that provides variable heat and vibration to increase tissue temperature, increase proprioception and decrease pain.

The HyperIce Foam Roller and HyperIce Sphere are both self-soft tissue mobilization devices that assist in improving fascial extensibility, desensitization of the pain response, activation of the Golgi tendon organs for inhibition and subsequently improved mobility, and promote blood flow to the area.

All foam roller/sphere sessions should be at least 2-3 minutes per muscle group.

Instruct the client to start in the position that addresses the specific area of the body, and slowly roll back and forth on the muscle. If there is a tender spot, try to focus on that region.

When beginning use of the Theragun/Hypervolt, it is important to provide light pressure and slowly move the head of the device along the muscle belly.
Marc Pro muscle stimulator
Marc Pro is another very effective form of portable recovery. After a strenuous training activity or game, muscle tissue is damaged and there is a metabolic waste buildup in the muscles that were exerted.
