Train Together
Semi-private training offers you a personalized workout experience with your private coach at a fraction of the cost of regular one-on-one training.
Each semi-private training session includes two people, and one coach and is 60 minutes in duration. The workouts are crafted to your goals and are scaled to each participant's fitness level. Sessions take place at your condo gym, home, apartment gym, or other location if desired.
How it works
Step 1. Request A Free Consultation
After a quick phone call, we schedule a meet & greet where I'll listen to your goals, exercise hindrances, and food consumption patterns, and strategize a plan for success. This builds a solid foundation for your blueprint for success.
Step 2. Comprehensive Evaluations & Assessments
I perform a battery of tests including resting measurements, body fat percentages, cardio fitness, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, balance, functional movement assessment, postural alignment, and skeletal asymmetries just to name a few.
Step 3. Personal Training Program Design
I analyze the assessment data and design the most effective, efficient, goal-appropriate fitness training, nutrition, and lifestyle program to maximize your workouts and achieve successful results.
Step 4. Body & Health Transformations
