SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Semi-private personal training offers you a personalized workout experience with your own private coach at a fraction of the cot of one on one training.
Each semi-private personal training session includes two people and is 60 minutes in duration. The workouts are crafted to your goals and are scaled to each participant's fitness level. Sessions take place at your condo or apartment gym or other location if desired.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1. REQUEST A FREE CONSULTATION
After a quick phone call, we schedule a meet & greet where I'll listen to your goals, exercise hindrances, food consumption patterns and strategize a plan for success. The builds a solid foundation for your blueprint for success.
STEP 2. COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS & EVALUATIONS
I perform a battery of tests including resting measurements, body fat percentages, cardio fitness, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, balance, functional movement assessment, postural alignment, skeletal asymmetries just to name a few.
STEP 3. PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGN
I analyze the assessment data and design the most effective, efficient, goal appropriate fitness training, nutrition and lifestyle program to maximize your workouts and achieve successful results.
STEP 4. BODY & HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONS
