My weight loss coaching is clinically focused and exercise physiology based.
Targeting body fat reduction, I have my weight loss clients train in a heart rate zone which uses subcutaneous and visceral body fat as a fuel to burn calories.
I first train you at varying, escalating heart rates to increase your fitness level and VO2 Maxillary so that you are fit enough to burn enough calories to lose weight. Your training intensity is then scaled down where you train mostly in a lower heart rate for fat being used as a fuel to move.
Your training intensity is constantly monitored to elicit a training heart rate for fat burning. Your calories burned are tracked by the minute so that we are assured that each moment spent training is in line with reaching your goal of weight loss. Your weight loss training is supported with plant based nutrition coaching and daily meal plans.
