1. Free Trial Session & Initial Consultation
I kick off your fitness journey with a free trial session and an initial consultation. During this session, I’ll get to know you—your body, lifestyle, and fitness goals. You’ll fill out a health form to give us a clear understanding of your medical history, any injuries, or physical limitations, and we’ll address habits that might be holding you back. Together, I’ll discuss your fitness aspirations and create a roadmap to success by establishing specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals to keep you motivated and focused throughout your journey.
2. Advanced, Comprehensive Fitness Evaluations & Assessments
Using cutting-edge tools like body fat calipers and bioelectrical impedance scales, I conduct a thorough evaluation of your body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, and body composition. In addition, I perform advanced body composition analysis and detailed movement assessments, including a postural and skeletal analysis and a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), to identify muscle imbalances, poor posture, or other issues. This thorough assessment allows me to create a program tailored to your body’s specific needs, ensuring both accuracy and effectiveness in achieving your fitness goals.
3. Customized, Goal-Tailored Training Program Design
With the results from your fitness assessments, I develop a fully customized and goal-tailored fitness program. This program includes a balanced mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility work designed to maximize your results. Alongside fitness training, I provide personalized nutrition coaching, focusing on balanced meals to fuel your body without restrictive dieting. Your regular exercise sessions are biometrically tracked and data-driven using the latest in wearable heart rate technology. This step also includes regular check-ins, sometimes even daily, to address any challenges and provide the necessary motivational support to keep you on track.

HOW TRAINING AT DENNIS ROMATZ WORKS
Step 1. Claim Your Free Trial Session
After a quick phone call, we schedule a meet & greet where I'll listen to your goals, exercise hindrances, and food consumption patterns and strategize a foundational plan and blueprint for your success.
This in-person meeting also gives me an opportunity to check out your home gym, or home gym set-up and the equipment included so I know what to bring.
Step 2. Comprehensive Evaluations & Assessments
I perform a battery of tests including resting measurements, body fat percentages, cardio fitness, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, balance, functional movement assessment, postural alignment, and skeletal asymmetries to name a few. See my fitness assessments details here.
Step 3. Fitness & Nutrition Program Design
I analyze the assessment data and design the most effective, efficient, goal-appropriate fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle program to maximize your workouts and achieve successful results.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long before I see results?
Everyone I train is excited and ready to see results on the first day, and to be real, you will! You'll be tired! This means you've worked your body in ways that you haven't in a long time, or maybe ever!
It typically takes 7-14 days or 5-7 workouts to increase your VO2 (increase your fitness level) to get you in tip top shape where you'll feel very different and energized. Your energy level will be boosted and you'll be amazed at being able to do daily tasks that previously left you exhausted. Increasing your VO2, or your fitness level is a necessary precursor to any other fitness goal because I need to get my clients fit enough to be able to perform at high intensity levels to accomplish any goal.
You'll see a difference in the mirror after about 2-3. You'll notice your slimmer appearance. Your cheeks will be the first part of your body to be slim. The last part of your body to become slimmer will be your belly, but simply because people carry the most fat in that region.
Generally peaking, you'll feel energetic in two weeks and you'll see a physical difference in 3-4 weeks.
It's important to note that I do guarantee your training results. If you follow my fitness program to a tee, follow my nutritional guidance and meal plans, utilize all of the recovery strategies I recommend, and adjust your daily routine according to the lifestyle and wellness recommendations, you will get quick and lasting results.
What if I travel a lot for work?
I understand that many of my clients are corporate professionals with upper-level positions that require a lot or at least some travel for work.
In the event that you travel, I will arrange live online fitness coaching whereas we will use our devices and go live on video so that you never have to miss a session with me. Alternatively, I can write a workout plan for you to do in your hotel room, hotel gym outdoors.
I try as much as possible to be flexible with scheduling taking into consideration that clients will travel. As well, if my clients know they have upcoming travel plans, I will arrange time in my schedule to do more workout sessions prior to their travel.
I do have a rule that my clients must inform me at least two weeks prior to any travel plans they have. Not notifying me of your future travel plans will result in you losing your dedicated training days and time slots.
Travel does not exclude you from my rules of session package expiry date.
Do I need to join a gym to work out with you?
No, because each program is written on a bespoke basis, I will work with whatever fitness equipment you have available to you at your home or condo gym. Where you do not have gym access and are in need of some pieces of equipment to achieve your goal, I will make those recommendations.
What's even better is that I come to your condo gym so we can use the equipment on offer there. Bangkok condo gyms are usually quite well equipped with more than enough to get great workouts in.
Can you train me with medical conditions or injuries?
Yes, I can train you with post-physio exercise protocols and methodologies provided you have clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist. To be clear, although my programs work toward optimal health they are not intended as a replacement for medical advice. However, if you have the green light for exercise from your medical professionals, understand the nature of an ailment, injury, or medical condition, and need a coach who will work with you to customize your regime accordingly, you are in the right place.
