1. NUTRITION COACHING FORMULA FOR SUCCESS
I know that to make a something perfect, I must first subtract and delete all of the bad.
The same is true of your food consumption. This is the reason why I start all of his client's nutrition coaching programs by determining all of the unhealthy, harmful foods and then deletes them from their dietary intake schedule. If you are on a fitness training program with me, I will then train you for a week or so and monitor your performance and recovery and then appropriate additions or adjustments with macronutrient ratios as well as micronutrients, antioxidants, immune boosters and amounts of water intake. Using this formula, I can guarantee within 2-3 weeks that my nutrition coaching clients are on an intelligent food consumption schedule and poised to mold positive eating patterns, form healthy eating habits and achieve their goals.
2. FOOD EDUCATION FOR EATING SENSIBLY
It's no secret that that food companies want you to become addicted to their unhealthy foods and purchase more and in larger quantities. Packaged foods with chemical preservatives have become the norm to ensure longer shelf life within the store, but this just means those foods cannot be broken down in your small intestine and will, in many cases, form impacted waste. I teach about food labels which can be extremely deceiving to the uneducated shopper. Foods labeled "fat free", "sugar free", "organic" and "all natural" are just a few examples of how food manufacturers can get away with deceit. I break down all of these food company tactics and educates you on which foods to avoid and how to make smart food purchases.
3. EATING FOR A GOAL
I always ask my nutrition coaching clients why they are eating particular foods. What purpose do these foods serve? The foods we eat must serve a healthy, positive purpose and support and facilitate some sort of goal or end game which enhances the quality of life. I delve into the psychology of food consumption and eating to explore why my clients eat certain foods at certain times of the day to establish an awareness of eating patterns which may or may not be enhancing their lives and / or performance. We must be eating for a goal in mind. Every food we put in our mouths must be scrutinized for it's health benefits and it's ability to increase health, performance, recovery and perhaps to facilitate weight loss. And so it is that I focus much of my attention and effort on helping people become laser focused on eating for a goal and to win each meal, every day with his nutrition coaching.
4. WEIGHT LOSS DIETRY PLANS
Weight loss is a goal of many people and one that requires an absolutely flawless schedule of food consumption and in many cases, reducing food consumption and caloric intake as much as possible to be in a caloric deficit. In fact, the primary driver of weight loss is to be in a daily caloric deficit until a person reaches their desired body weight.
To accomplish this task, I counsel and guide my weight loss training clients to be very strict with their foods, the amount of calories they're consuming and the amount of performance calories they're consuming. My weight loss nutrition coaching is an absolute must if your goal is to reduce your body fat and have the number on your weight scale become lower.

Macronutrients, micronutrients, antioxidants, immune boosters, and water are absolutely essential components of healthy food groups which I prioritize within his nutrition coaching programs. I strive to encourage, advise and implement well rounded foods and meals to establish and maintain overall optimal health, vibrance and performance achieved through the inclusion of these important food and drink nutrition groups. I teach nutrition coaching clients the importance of categorizing the nutrition groups including macronutrients, micronutrients, antioxidants, immune boosters and water and ensuring that their daily food intake meets or exceeds what I recommend to them based on their daily activity, nutritional requirements and their performance and recovery.
6. GROCERY STORE TOURS FOR SMART FOOD PURCHASES
Shopping at a grocery store can be a daunting task. Unassuming and unaware shoppers are inundated with psychological marketing tactics of grocery store merchandisers which entice you to buy unhealthy foods which you don't need to consume as well as quantities of foods which are too large. I take the guess work out of shopping at grocery stores and provides strategies for avoiding unhealthy foods laden with sugars, preservatives, harmful chemicals and foods packaged in unnecessarily large, bulk quantities. I will teach you how to navigate away from the interior of grocery stores and stay in the perimeter where most of your smart, healthy foods are located.
