EXERCISE SCIENCE BASED TRAINING
I feel strongly that every workout session should be a victory and get you one step closer to your goal.
I subscribe to a clinical focus of exercise science, physiology and kinesiology. I bio metrically track every workout and collect the data to prescribe future workouts with varying degrees of intensity and progressions to achieve the best results.
When you train with me, I mange all of your clinical numbers such as heart rate because what I can measure, I can better manage.
Every small details of every movement you make during every exercise is micro managed so that you train with bio mechanically correct, perfect human movement technique which produces greater results without injury.
APARTMENT GYM TRAINING
I realized long ago that exercising, training, working out has to be as convenient as possible, especially for our busy professionals both Vietnamese and Expats.
My personal trainers in Hanoi come to your apartment gym, home, commercial gym, training studio or outdoor location to perform your training sessions.
We train everywhere in the greater Hanoi area, including the very popular Tay Ho and West Lake.
Most apartment gyms in Hanoi are well stocked with ample fitness training equipment, however we do bring any necessary equipment with us if your apartment gym should fall short of what we need.
