I'm largely plant based, however I can and will provide nutrition coaching inclusive of consuming meats if your daily activities requires more of the complete proteins, vitamins and nutrients found in animal meats.
Everyone is different with varying levels of daily activities as well as a variety of different goals. After a thorough nutritional assessment and food intake mapping, I recommend nutrition, food consumption and food avoidance strategies including paleo, plant based, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, the use use intermittent fasting as well as ketosis and the ketogenic approach.

I provide meal plans on a daily basis and in real time instead of simply handing you a sheet of paper with the entire month's recommendations.
Food intake is best managed and results are more beneficial when broken down into smaller chunks and taken day by day.

I can train two people at the same time provided that you both have the exact same or similar goals.
