What is Hyrox?
HYROX is an innovative fitness competition that challenges athletes of all levels to push their limits through a series of functional exercises and endurance tests. This indoor fitness race combines elements of running with various functional movements like kettlebell swings, box jumps, rowing, and more.
Participants compete individually or in teams, completing a designated course that includes several workout stations. Each event is designed to test strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
HYROX offers a unique and exciting platform for athletes to showcase their skills and compete in a supportive community atmosphere.
At Dennis Romatz, we take Hyrox to the next level by integrating it into our private 1 on 1 training, semi-private 2 on 1 training, and small group training with 3-5 people in Bangkok. I even do Hyrox workouts with my live online fitness coaching from anywhere in the world. We offer Hyrox training for our clients as part of their apartment gym training, or home training in Chicago that is well-equipped with Hyrox-based equipment, of course with flexible scheduling to make things easy and convenient.
