Do I need to have my own equipment for home or condo workouts?
No, you do not have to have any equipment, however, it does help, especially if you have particular goals that require exercising with certain equipment.
Most condo gyms have an adequate assortment of dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, and cardio equipment.
In general, our staff will bring any necessary equipment our clients need to work with to reach their goals.
Am I free to choose my condo workout schedule?
Yes! You are free to choose which days of the week and what time of day you prefer to work out. Our team will do our best to be as flexible as possible as we do know that many of our expat clients are busy professionals who frequently travel and work overtime. Our coaches can schedule to come to your condo or home before work, after work, and even on the weekends.
