How condo, apartment & home training works

Step 1. Claim Your Free Trial Session

After a quick phone call, we schedule a meet & greet where I'll listen to your goals, exercise hindrances, and food consumption patterns and strategize a foundational plan and blueprint for your personal training success.  This in-person meeting also gives me an opportunity to check out your gym and the equipment included so I know what to bring.

Step 2.  Comprehensive Evaluations & Assessments

I perform a battery of tests including resting measurements, body fat percentages, cardio fitness, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, balance, functional movement assessment, postural alignment, and skeletal asymmetries to name a few.

Step 3. Personal Training Program Design

I analyze the assessment data and design the most effective, efficient, goal-appropriate fitness training, nutrition, and lifestyle program to maximize your workouts and achieve successful results.

Do I need to have my own equipment for home, apartment, and condo personal training?

No, you do not have to have any equipment, however, it does help, especially if you have particular goals that require training with certain equipment. 

Most condo gyms have an adequate assortment of dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, and cardio equipment.

In general, our staff will bring any necessary equipment our clients need to work with to reach their goals.

Am I free to choose my home personal training schedule?

Yes!  You are free to choose which days of the week and what time of day you prefer to work out.  Our team will do our best to be as flexible as possible as we do know that many of our expat clients are busy professionals who frequently travel and work overtime.  Our coaches can schedule to come to your condo or home before work, after work, and even on the weekends.
